Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the I219-V. Unzip the file and see if it will work for you. What I have done is to zip and attach the extracted driver folder below. OK.I have used 7-Zip to explore the Intel NIC exe file on the support page, and it definitely has driver support for the I219-V when I look into the setup information file.
